Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your vintage find! If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will review your request.

Grading & Quality Assurance

All our items are handpicked and carefully revived before being sold. Each piece is graded based on its condition, and our grading system is clearly displayed on every product listing to ensure transparency:

  • Grade A – Excellent condition with little to no signs of wear. No stains or holes.
  • Grade B – Great condition with very minor, almost unnoticeable imperfections (e.g., tiny stains or holes).

We do not sell Grade C items, ensuring that everything we offer is ready to wear with no repairs needed.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with tags still attached, and a valid receipt.
  • Returns can be made at:
    Malta Campsite, Triq Dawret ix-Xmajjar, Mellieha.
  • Returns and refunds cannot be issued after 10 days from the day your order was delivered.

Refunds & Credit Notes

  • If an item was incorrectly graded or has undisclosed damage (e.g., we labeled it as Grade A, but it has a stain or hole), you will receive a full refund for that item, including the original delivery cost (if applicable).
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, a credit note will be issued upon successful return (excluding delivery costs).
