📦 Flokk Delivery Policy

At Flokk, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s how our delivery process works:

• Delivery Partner: All orders are shipped via MaltaPost.

• Dispatch Schedule:

  • We dispatch orders Tuesday to Saturday (we’re closed on Sundays and Mondays).

  • Any orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.

• Delivery Time: MaltaPost delivers next working day after dispatch.

• Missed Delivery: If MaltaPost cannot find the recipient at the address provided, your package will be taken to the nearest MaltaPost outlet in your locality. You can collect it there at your convenience.

We recommend keeping an eye out for your delivery or checking your local MaltaPost outlet if you’ve missed the postman.
